Benjamin Wayne, President and CEO

Prior to Fliqz, Benjamin was President & CEO of Collabrys, a leading provider of outsourced customer acquisition and retention solutions for Global 1000 corporations, including Bank of America, Capital One, Visa, Estee Lauder, Clorox, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Target, New York Life Insurance, and Prudential. Collabrys was acquired by E-Centives in 2004.

Prior to Collabrys, Benjamin was the founder, president, and CEO of Smartshop.com, an online comparison shopping portal that was acquired by CNet in 2000. Prior to Smartshop, Benjamin was president of BG&W Consulting, a South-Korea based market-entry consultancy whose clients included Coca-Cola, Disney, Benetton, Cathay Pacific Airways, Samsung, and the U.S. government.

Benjamin holds an undergraduate degree from Princeton and an MBA from the Harvard Business School, and he was a Fulbright Research Scholar to South Korea.

Dayton Keane, Vice President of Sales

Dayton was most recently with Aptimus as the Senior Vice President of Advertising Sales and was responsible for all of ad sales. A senior sales executive with 15 years of industry-relevant sales management experience, Mr. Keane formulated effective sales and marketing strategies and lead Aptimus' efforts to expand sales penetration in all key vertical market segments.

Prior to Aptimus, Mr. Keane served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development for The Loan Page, Inc., a Battery Ventures portfolio company that provides online customer acquisition services for national lenders and financial institutions. While at The Loan Page, he increased gross margins and revised the company's sales strategy to target new markets, channel partners and national accounts. He also launched a highly profitable national accounts team and closed exclusive partnerships with leading consumer sites. Keane's experience prior to The Loan Page included a successful 6 years at Verio, Inc., a national IT service provider, assuming progressively greater managerial responsibilities within the company's national sales organization, before being promoted to VP of Enterprise Hosting. He oversaw Verio's major business line with over $90 million in sales. Prior to Verio, Keane spent seven years working through the sales organization of Frontier Communications.

He holds a B.A. in Geography from the University of California Santa Barbara.

Kristopher Drey, Vice President of Product Management

Kris has over 10 years of experience managing and developing online products from strategy to launch. Prior to Fliqz, Kris was Director of Marketing, Customer Experience at LetsTalk.com, an online cell phone and plan reseller. At LetsTalk Kris created CRM programs, developing the company's content and community plan including Expert Reviews and Ratings and the PhoneTalk blog. Before LetsTalk, Kris spent 6 years at CNET Networks where he was a Senior Product Manager for several online businesses including CNET Wireless, Shopper.com, Internet Services and the Home Integrator Directory. Kris helped build and monetize these products from the ground up adding key functionality and tools generating some of the highest CPCs on the network.

Kris graduated from CSU Chico with a BS in natural resource management.

W. Alex Livesley, Vice President of Engineering

Prior to Fliqz, Alex worked as the Development Manager for, and Chief Architect of, the Web Services group at Tadpole Technology Plc., based in Edinburgh, Scotland and Carlsbad, CA. The group focused on the production of an infrastructure to support web services in peer to peer, mobile environments. For the 10 years prior to this he was a technical consultant working for companies as diverse as Bosch Telecom A. G., Sema Group S. A. (now Atos Origin), I. T. Software S. p. a., and Heidelberg Drückmaschine A.G.

Alex holds an undergraduate degree in Electronics Engineering from University of Bradford in the U.K. and an MSc in Robotics from the University of Cranfield also in the U.K.

Daniel Marcus, Vice President of Operations

Daniel comes to Fliqz with over two decades of leadership experience in software and systems engineering, knowledge and information management, consulting services, and technology strategy.

After receiving a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley, Daniel designed and implemented large scale scientific computing applications and environments at Lawrence Livermore Lab, Lawrence Berkeley Lab, and Princeton’s Institute for Advanced Study before turning his attention to the private sector. Since then, his roles have included COO of Speechwise Technologies, CTO of Aptegrity, and Chief Architect, Asia-Pacific Services at Liberate Technologies. Most recently, prior to joining Fliqz, he managed Washington Mutual’s shared application and database hosting platforms.
